: THe Freeholder Board last night, voted to again give this contract to Hindsight, in-spite that it was $842,000 more than the bid of Desktop Computers. 

: The bid of Desktop was throw-out because a 'business certificate' was missing and fax numbers for references were not provided. 

: The vote was not unanamous howeveer,

: Voting against:  O'Dea, Dublin and Rivas

: Voting for: Fitzgibbons, Cifelli, Vega, Dugan, Liggio and Velasquez

: This is yet another sad example of the way government should not work. 

: Istead of turning its back on the corrupt Bobby Janisewski, Tom DeGise and his administration are doing their level best to not only continue in his foot steps but to reward one of Bobby J's favorite companies - HINDSIGHT.  

: Maybe its the $28,000+ that Hindsight has reported to have contributed to the HCDO in 99' thru 02'?  Don't look like pay-for-play is going toe end anytime soon in Hudson County.  

: Oh! taxpayers of Hudson County, when you get a chance , please remit the $842,000 as soon as possible.

: : Hindsight is allegedly owned by Jeff Persilay, formerly chief of staff to ex-County Executive Bob Janizewski, who is now cooperating with a federal investigation of corruption.
