Another attempt by the Hudson County Democratic Organization to wrest control of the Schools of Technology board of trustees from supporters of Jersey City Mayor Glenn D. Cunningham may take place later this month.

A bill that would expand the board of trustees from seven to nine members has been kicking around the Legislature for months. It was supposed to have been voted on this week, but it is being held up by Republicans in the Senate. It is now slated for a May 29 vote
