The HCDO is controlled by Congressman Robert Menendez who is well known for his racist remarks. Menendez is the guy who recently said a Judicial Appointment wasn't "hispanic enough".

Menendez is a disgrace.

How dare Stan Eason the Mayor and the Jersey City Chapter of the N.A.A.C.P try to use the name of the N.A.A.C.P for political gain? I have already put a call out to a good friend of my family a man who is in the top ranks of the N.A.A.C.P.
