Willie Flood continues her outstanding personal pursuit of no-show jobs and feeding at the public trough.

Although Willie has to deal with the severe handicap of not having a brain in her head, she succeeds in finding enough feeble minded fools in her community that will continue to vote for her.

Couple this with craven public officials who look to place a token african american woman in positions of no responsibilty, and Willie has reached the pinnacle. She can now proudly proclaim that she is Hudson County's 2004 Hack of the Year.
