They spend their nights at the Astor Bar plotting campaign strategy for Healy. THey sober up around noon go in to the county for a few hours, and back to the Astor. They aren't the only ones doing it. Contractors who make contributions don't have to show either.

: Jim Kennelly & Jodi are the biggest violators..Who is in charge of this crew.Is it the Chief of Staff?Hudson County Taxpayers are getting the short end of the stick.If you cant get to work on time.Find another No show job.
