I've not seen any polls for the 31s Senate race. If Kabili Tayari develops any traction, I'd expect the Reform Democrats to demand that the mayoral candidates state their position on the 31st Senate race candidates. And it's certainly a legitimate question for anybody to ask of the candidates running for Mayor of Jersey City.

The campaign trains for the two offices are now almost on separate tracks. If they wind up on the same track, it'll be interesting to which engines get a push, which get sidelined, and which ones crash into each other.
