This attack on DeGise's mother shows just how low down the political hacks in this town are. Whoever posted about his mother should have the courage to reveal their name. This is as contemptible as contemptible can get. This place is a mess because the inmates are allowed to run the assylum and have been running it for years.

: : One can only imagine how distasteful it is to read about your 87 year old Mom on this cesspool of a message board. my Mom entered Cusack Center last year after suffering thru both a serious injury and an illness. She entered as a non-medicaid patientas there were and still are open beds at this great facility. In fact they have asked us to distribute their pamphlets to help attract new clients. Any child who is faced with the decision of placing a parent in a nursing home, as my sister and I have, knows how heart wrenching that decision is. To have this used as political fodder to score points in an election I am not even a candidate in is the act of an anonymous coward. This is a one time response as I will not enter this sty again. I have supplied my personal email for anyone wishing any intelligent discourse on this or anything else.BTW, Dan Battista's mom passed awy several decades ago. Where exactly is the line we are not suopposed to cross? Tom
