NEWARK - Former Hudson County Executive Robert Janiszewski spent his third day on the witness stand yesterday, testifying for the government as a videotape of him and Freeholder Nidia Davila-Colon was played, and then facing a tense cross-examination.

Although it isn't seen on the FBI videotape shot at a Democratic fund-raiser on Oct. 15, 1999, Janiszewski testified that at a point when he and Davila-Colon were out of camera range, she passed him an envelope stuffed with cash.
