Former Hudson County Executive Robert Janiszewski said yesterday that he and an aide arranged to divvy up $305,000 in bribes from Joe Barry, one of the region's most prominent developers.

Testifying for a third day in the corruption trial of a county freeholder, Janiszewksi said he and Paul Byrne, a longtime friend and political operative, agreed in late 1999 or early 2000 to take the kickbacks for helping Barry win federal subsidies and county approval for his developments.
