Assemblyman Joseph Doria hired an attorney with expertise on elections yesterday to help him consider how to challenge the vote count that shows him losing his legislative seat after 23 years.

Meanwhile the apparent winner, Louis Manzo, said he would file a complaint against the Hudson County Democratic organization for allegedly trying to suppress the vote in Tuesday's primary.
