Mayor Smith has been in office since June. In June, he promised a lease to the FOL. Just last week, he told them that he would not give them a lease but instead give the Loew's to the JCRA. This was the birthday gift to the Loew's from Mayor Smith.

He fought for the artists at 111 First and then held off passing the resolution that would have saved both 111 and 110 First Street and created the Powerhouse Historic District. The PHD is now in jeopardy.

Great going for 4 months...sure, let's give him 6 more to see what he can do....NOT.
