NEWARK - Union City psychiatrist Dr. Oscar Sandoval taped his then-girlfriend Freeholder Nidia Davila-Colon as the two discussed ways to hand off cash-stuffed envelopes to Hudson County Executive Robert Janiszewski, FBI agents testified yesterday.

The jury of five men and seven women never hear Davila-Colon or Sandoval refer to bribes or money on the tapes; instead, they refer to "envelopes," "stuff" or "the thing."
