I only caught the NJN coverage of the event. Most often, NJN shows the visiting dignitary publicly greating local politicians. I don't remember seeing that for this event. Were Hudson County officials involved in Edwards's appearance or were they kept out of sight?

In plain English, the original post implied that Edwards didn't want to be seen with HCDO figures. Is this true?

If any of the people mentioned below have pictures with the vice-presidential candidate from his Bayonne visit, don't hesitate to e-mail copies to me. I'll be happy to post the images here.

: Okay - here we go again... Congressman Menendez was in Washington D.C., voting and doing his job as our representative. If you only so Senator/Mayor Doria, then you either weren't there, or you are misleading everyone. County Executive DeGise, Chief of Staff / Councilman Gaughan, County Clerk Inclan, Councilman Campos (Hoboken) were all there.
