: If Degise actually transferred his mothers assets so she could get a free ride, ie., he doesn't have to pay than that is a disgrace, not asking the qustion.  If its not true than let DeGise make a public statement to that effect, ie.,
: I did not transfer my mothers assets into my name or other family memebers.
: Donato Batista did not help me with the transfer.
: I did not do this so my mother gets her care for freee while other hard working families have to pay for their loved one's plus my mother.
: my mothers situation has nothing to do with the amount of subsidy Hudson County provides to St. Joseph's home for the blind.
