I honestly cannot imagine where you were and who this Glenn was that you were with.

While you were obviously elsewhere, Glenn Cunningham was at war with the majority of the City Council and there was never such strife in Jersey City! This city was in a state of chaos then and it's still in chaos.

Bringing back any of the Cunningham faction will result in the absolute ruination of Jersey City.
