Amnbile charges thousands of dollars for a poll that his biatch Spinelli will conduct by calling her friends over the weekend. He's the biggest scam in HC and has been discreditied for years. No one with any brains would hire this guy.

: The accuracy of this sample of 300 likely general election voters is within +/- 5.6% at a 95% confidence interval. So this means Lou Manzo is ahead by 8 points as Amabile has already gave Jerry Healy the 5.6 % margin of error in his #.

: : HEALY SURGES INTO LEAD IN JERSEY CITY MAYOR RACE

: : The latest poll taken in the Jersey City Mayor’s race shows that Councilman Jerramiah Healy has surged ahead and is now in first place.

: : The poll by McLaughlin & Associates taken on October 10 and 11 found that Healy now has 25% of the vote, Lou Manzo has 22%, Harvey Smith has 13%, Willie Flood has 11%, and Steve Lipski has 2%.

: : Healy’s vote has almost doubled in the last month. A September poll by the same firm had him in third place with just 13%. “Councilman Healy’s campaign clearly has the momentum at this critical point in the campaign,” said Healy Campaign Media Consultant Anthony Amabile. “It’s quickly becoming a two man race and Lou Manzo is losing ground rapidly.”

: : Amabile said that personal integrity is a key issue in the race and that Manzo is being hurt by his association with his Chief of Staff Gerald McCann, a convicted felon who spent three years in prison for bank fraud. “Voters who are tired of corruption and crime are choosing Jerramiah Healy, a former judge and prosecutor, to clean up Jersey City,” he said. “McCann makes people’s skin crawl.”

: : McLaughlin & Associates is a prominent national polling firm with extensive experience in Jersey City and New Jersey.

: : Re: Jersey City Executive Survey Summary

: : Date: October 13, 2004

: : Methodology: This Jersey City, New Jersey survey was conducted among 300 likely general election voters on October 10th and 11th, 2004. All interviews were conducted by professional interviewers via telephone. Interview selection was at random within predetermined election units. These units were structured to statistically correlate with actual general election voter distributions in Jersey City. The accuracy of this sample of 300 likely general election voters is within +/- 5.6% at a 95% confidence interval.

: : Summary: The special election for Jersey City Mayor this November is seeing the field narrowed down to a few candidates. According to recent statistics, Jerramiah T. Healy has taken over the lead in the race for Mayor of Jersey City. Healy was running in 3rd in a close race with 13% of the vote on September 7th. Since then, he has gained over 11 points and now has 25% of the ballot. The other candidates are flat and not moving.

: :
: : Jerramiah T. Healy still maintains an almost a 3 to 1 (38.0% to 14.0%) favorable to unfavorable ratio. It is clear that among the voters who do have an opinion of him, Healy is well liked and has a strong base of support. Over the past month, the increased exposure Healy has enjoyed has only served to increase his favorables as well as his percentage of the ballot. Jerramiah T. Healy can win this election if he maintains his momentum and continues to increase his favorables as he has done over the past month.

: : Conclusion: The race for Mayor of Jersey City is still competitive. However, Jerramiah T. Healy is now the leader in a narrowing field. Healy’s new found lead in the race provides crucial momentum with less than three weeks to go and a very strong opportunity to win this election.
