When the Merry one got tossed in the hoosgow, the Council sent Joe Rakowski where the angels feared to tread.

At a meeting of the Port Authority, one of the most powerful and important organizations in the world, Mayor Rakowski stops the proceedings to ask when he's going to get his free tunnel pass.

The mayor's driver was directed to take his honor only to restaurants that didn't insult him with a bill.

Trying to get something going with a little cutie, Mayor Joe Rakowski nonchlantley remarks, "Guess what, I'm the mayor now!" The incredulous reply is "Mayor of WHAT?"
