Lou Manzo is a backstabbing crook. He is exploiting blacks who don't know any better. I am a black man and I am very upset by this. He pays them 50 or 100 a week and automatically you support him. That's low. He is using us just like he used Glenn. And when he gets what he wants he will spit u right out. Raheem who? He will have Bill Odea as a deputy mayor? Oh my GOD!!! Melissa abandonment Holloway too? Give me a break!!! They are racists and they hate minorities. It's not a black or white thing but when we get exploited I get offended. He knows nothing about ward F.
