Catsandonis has great ideas.
So just because Manzo wanted to clean up the chromium before Paul was born, it's a bad idea??? Is there or is there not STILL dangerous levels of chromium in our neighborhoods???
Speed lights and speed bumps will not bankrupt the city, and they are effective (See Paul's website). Affordable housing is a big concern of many of our residents. But don't think they'll be hurt you don't want them as your neighbor.
