They don't want someone of color who can think for themselves. Just like they take care of eachother we will do the same. We have connections too. I am not trying to start trouble I just want my people to be treated with the same respect and given the same leeway as the whites that work here. They leave when they want, don't sign in, come in late and don't sign the sheet, and nobody ever says anything, but when a brother or sister does something small they blow it up to be a BIG issue. Then they threaten us not to say anything. We need change or there WILL be action taken. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE SECOND CLASS PEOPLE. WE ARE PEOPLE TOO AND DESERVE THE SAME RESPECT AS EVERYONE ELSE>
