For the going market rate we'll sell them a proven Jersey City crooked pol. Once installed in the local town hall, people can come from miles around to take a peek -- like an alligator in a pit or somethin-or-other. The good townsfolk will again look forward to pickin' up the local gazette offa the front lawn in order to get the latest on what hairbrained schemes their Jersey City import pulled off over the last 24hrs. With paper circulation goin' up-up-up, merchants will pay through the nose to advertise and customers will again buy-buy-buy, thereby stimulatin' the economy and much more than payin' for the Jersey City crook and whatever public property might like get lost in the sauce.

: : I was very disturbed to read that the City dropped the ball again and let the taxpayers down. I read in the paper that the rates are going to increase 15% for sewer and water. This is totally unacceptable and as Mayor I would demand a complete Audit and reimbursement.  The free ride for North Bergen would be over Sacco and the City would have to pay us the same rate the people who own the sewer pay the city. The tab would be over $22 Million dollars. This is money that the Jersey City tax payers are currently subsidizing. Otherwise we would have to sell Lou Manzo and Gerry McCann on Ebay.
