The October 28, 2004 report of the State Board of Ed is now on this website and its plain as the large nose on Lipski's face that he has been mismanaging the CREATE Charter school. The State doesn't make you repay over $245,000 is you have been doing a good job. The funds for this fundraiser were returned to the school by the employee but have not entirely been accounted for. Other improper' payments included various catering and meals for board members and local senior citizens." The reference to senior citizens relates to bus trips and luncheons for senior citizens which are nice if you don't use public money to pay for them. Steve when are you going to repay that money?

If you can't tell us I think you should tell the police. Where is Police Chief Troy? Where is our Mayor Healy the former judge and prosecutor? Mayor Healy great mayors like Rudy G. in NYC would never stand for something like this. You are no only allowing it to take place, you selected this crum to run with you. Mayor Healy you have betryed the children of Jersey City and the CREATE school.
