Carl Czaplicki has no shame. He is truly Jersey City's Thief of Staff. It;s hard to believe that anyone on Jerry Healy's staff could embarass this joke of a mayor but Carl Czaplicki has succeeded. Jersey City and the Passaic Valley Sewer Commission are Carl Czaplicki's personal piggy banks. His brother whose a hopeless loser was given a $55,000 job at Passaic Valley. Then he gives his brother a $10,000 raise so he can buy more political tickets from his other Carl Czaplicki. So Carl's brother now makes $64,500.00.

Carl decides to start a family so of course he gives his wife Vanessa Czaplicki a job too. He starts her at $47,664. Sure why not put your pregnant/now nursing wife down at a sewer processing plant. That sounds healthy if your trying to raise a swamp creature. But as long as she brings home to Carl a paycheck why should he care. Carl this is the United States not Eastern Europe. Give it a break.

Carl Czaplicki why don't you be honest and just rob the people of Jersey City with a gun.

Or at the very least have some respect for the Republican Party and resign and give your position to Maryann Kelleher. Maryann Kelleher would never embarass the Republican Party the way you have. Her family has no trouble finding jobs the old fashion way, by filing out an application or by taking a civil service test. See how its supposed to work Carl. Think Democratic not Soviet.
