: Unable to ignore the harrassment of its first female chief financial officer, the Commissioners of the JCMUA have ordered an early morning "special meeting" on May 23, 2005 to hire an outside attorney to investigate Jerry Letizia. Mr. Letizia has been working behind the scenes to harrass the courageous Jennifer Bloom into following his orders to sell out the JCMUA. Ms. Bloom who is a CPA with a Masters Degree has advised the State of New Jersey of Mr. Letizia's sellout of Jersey City to North Bergen which will increase flooding in the western areas of the heights and Journal Square. Ms. Bloom has also advised that Mr. Letizia's plan to increase the sewer connection fee for Jersey City residents while forgiving over 52 million in sewer connection fees that NOrth Bergen should pay to the JCMUA is outrageous. Mr. Letizia who works in NOrth Bergen and owes his job to NOrth Bergen Mayor Sacco has with the blessing of Carl Czaplicki, Chief of Staff for MAyor Healy (Carl also owes his many government jobs to MAyor Sacco) has been pushing to stifle Ms. Bloom. In fact Mr. Letizia has ordered that Ms. Bloom may not inform anyone outside the JCMUA of he opinion on the JCMUA's sellout to North Bergen or of the continued failure of United Water to properly handle the JErsey City Water System.

: It is hoped that the investigation of Mr. Letizia will be followed shortly by his departure from the JCMUA.

Jerry Letizia is going nowhere but some will be leaving.
