Jerry Healy. CArl Czaplicki and Brian O'Reilly have forced the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority to raise every water, sewer and connection fee rate they have and they are not finished yet. As the Jersey City begins to sink further and further in debt Jersey City has contingency plans for raising taxes. Yes, our real estate taxes are about to be raised. Since we don't receive any services now for the huge taxes we already pay calls are going around Jersey City's legal guru's as to HOW TO RECALL A MAYOR! JERRY HEALY HAS GOT TO GO.

But what good is a recall. With a band of bookmakers in charge of the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority and with alcoholics calling the shots in City Hall and with Carl Czaplicki giving all his relatives government jobs, I say forget the recall. Instead, the State should take over City Government like they did the Board of Education until this generation of professional political hacks dies off, drinks themselves to death or unitl they take up residence permanently in their shore houses and in twenty or thirty years when they are gone and buried then Jersey City can be trusted with it's own government.

Senior Citizens are the victims of Jerry Healy's drunkeness, Brian O'Reilly's stupidity and Carl Czaplicki's greed.
