Posted by Schundler is a hack. He is too conservative. He isn't honset enough to tax and spend, so he borrows and refinances and still spends. He could have cut taxes by reducing the size of govenment, but instead got addicted to patronage and hired every republican political gun to work for Jersey City while he kept dishing out the patronage to the old Democratic Machine too.
