: I'm confused by what you mean when you ask: "WHY DO YOU PROTECT JANET GAITA AND NOT OTHERS THAT WERE BLASTED WITH UNTRUTH ON HERE LIKE JERRY LETIZIA(?)" : What's going on at the JCMUA is very heated. I've tried to maintain balance, while, at the same time, allowing discussion. A number of nasty messages were posted about Jerry Letizia. The ones that went too far were deleted. A number of nasty messages were posted about Janet Gaita. As the remarks on both side were very sharp, I actually allowed messages on the board about Janet Gaita that I generally would delete. The only ones that I recall removing concerning Janet Gaita were absolutely stupid. If I remember correctly, there was one about the White Castle having to close because Janet Gaita ate all the hamburgers. : I hadn't paid much attention to the JCMUA topic and definitely had no plans of becoming involved in it. The other day, someone posted a message that they had complained to "the proper authorities" about this board, presumably with the hope of some sort of official investigation. I'm just curious, where do you think that the investigation is going to lead -- and end? Yesterday, I received an e-mail threatening a law suit if a post was not removed. I was told that they were disappointed. But, they stated that they were not going to bother to tell me if the statements in the message were false! : If you don't want attention, threatening a law suit is NOT the way to go. The first step in a legal action is DEPOSITIONS. : I should attend more board meetings. So that the public will be better informed, I suggest televising the JCMUA meetings on JC1 and posting transcripts on the Internet. :
