:::::::Are we to believe that in a city of 250,000 souls, Gaughan's daughter an uneducated, failed florist with no prospects of private emloyment is best qualified to be on the MUA board? Of course it's a mess. They'll be laughing all the way to San Francisco. Gaughan is a de facto voting member of the MUA board via his daughter. No conflict here.
