: the hieghts needs a good councilman like bill gaughan now he can do his job with mayor healy and clean up the hieghts it was inpossable to do his job before when mayor cunninghan was in office the only thing mayor cunninghan was cleaning up was greenville (mlk) (ocean ave) (bergen ave) and not the hieghts councilman gaughan was strap from doing anything in the hieghts so dont blame councilman gaughan he will do his job now for the hieghts watch and see VOTE COUNCILMAN GAUGHAN IN MAY WE NEED HIM GO BILLY
