Earl, the Open Public Record Council in Trenton can get them released. JC will not give them up voluntarily. Too embarassing. Better to flaunt the law, hell, its only taxpayer money were wasting, and besides its taxpayer money that pay the lawyers we hire to fight the OPRA requests. Its a totally win-win situation.
