Try making it in on time at City Hall and set an example to "your" staff. After all you are pulling down a salary you will never see again and it's taxpayers money!

Those hangovers must be tough trying to shake them off at 10 am in the morning trying to wake up, roll out of bed and get into the office by 11:30am!
