Even though the Floods already own cars. That is something that comes with the job. Let's not forget that was the first thing Uncle Harvey did when Glenn died. Even though they had already gotten new ones the previous year. So don't get on Mrs. Flood. She's not an abuser of City perks like OTHER people. Damn Right she should get a new car. I work at City Hall and the cars they gave her were Hand me downs. Screw that. She was the second highest vote getter in the race. They were afraid of giving a black woman the power of Council President even though she deserved it she should at least get a new City Car. $hit them white boys would have demanded that from the door. She simply asked.
