Dated : July 15, 2005 at 17:28:05 Subject: I've not seen Healy by his law office since the Spring of 2004. The answering machine still picks up. But, Healy said that he would give up his practice while campaigning. Is Healy really seeing clients again? I was under the impression that he closed the office. Right after the November election, the Bagel store a few doors down on Central Avenue got a lot of books on urban topics and history. I wondered if they were Healy's. (Whatever the source, the books have a good home now!) The office was located next door to a Chinese restaurant that I go to around three times a week. Maybe once a week, I'd see Jerramiah Healy going in or out. I've not seen him there since the Spring of 2004. : Why is Healy STILL practicng law? Isn't there a conflict of interest here? He is still doing business at his Central Ave office. Shouldn't he be working at City Hall?
