Captain Cluless rides again!

Captain Clueless aka Jersey City Thief of Staff Carl Czaplicki has arrived back from a week long taxpayer junket with the Passiac Valley Sewerage Authority with his wife, who is also on the PVSA payroll and also on the trip.

We are happy to report the Captain is tan and has perfected his golf swing with the many days of golf.

Now if Czaplicki only can get all that beach sand out of the city vehicle and try explaining to taxpayers not only about the free week long junket, but how did he get a weeks vacation off from a city job?

Will Czaplicki be in city hall today?

Will Czaplicki be on time? Can he make it it before 10am?

Can Czaplicki put a full day in and give taxpayers an 7-8 hour day?

The biggest question for him today is, is it too hot to go out to the links today or will the golfball carry better in the warmer weather?

The Captain can't be so clueless if he knows all the perks!
