: Some of those people are good, others I would question, especially some hold overs. 

: And the worst pick of all is CAPATIN CLUELESS AKA CC or Carl Czaplicki. How doesn't Mayor Healy see through this Junior Ranger wanna be?

: He's bamboozaled his way into the Healy administration, then the Captain starts putting the spoils system to work for himself!

: Czaplicki played absolutely no role in ANY of Healy's campaigns, he doesn't bring any realy skills to the tavble but the Captain  didn't waste any time rewarding his Cunningham Croonies. Croonies who I might point out did nothing or worked against Healy. Their only connection was Carl knew them and protected them.

: Now the Captain makes the same salary as the mayor, can't get his a$$ in on time in the morning and often dissappears and can't be found then doesn't even return phone calls.

: The Captain just hired his wife's best friend to work in the Mayor's office? Nobody knows who the hell she is, just a friend of the Captain's wife! 

: The whole Mayor's is a joke and is made up of half wits who bearly could keep a job!  

: But I can tell you this much, they certainly are a far step above the Cunningham Crew!
