Captain Clueless Strikes again!

Captain Clueless, Jersey City Thief of Staff has hired another one of HIS OWN Croonies to work in the Mayor's office. This time it's his wife's best friend. No buddy knows who she is, never saw her before, nor even saw any "interviews" to at least say she is qualified.

He just came back from a taxpayer paid Junket with his wife, gets his wife and brother Jobs at the Passaic Valley Sewage Authority where he also collects a salary as a commissioner and drives around in a city car with his golf clubs stored in the back.

Not to mention he's pulling down the same salary as the mayor.

Hey Carl, who won the term of Mayor, You or Healy?
