I examined what you referred to on the ELEC reports for Maldonado and you should actually take either a bookkeeping or reading comprehension course. Yes he made those contributions but after those checks were made out he still had over $25,000 in the account where in the world did you get $11,000? If you take a good look at those reports you will see that he had a fundraiser just about the time that all this took place. Everyone knows that he supported Healy so it makes sense that he would donate to him. And if you read the article assuming that it was "wheeling" there is nothing illegal about it. I further studied his other reports and at least he's been a consistent contributor to the HCDO, JCDO and numerous other elected officials. What really impressed me was the amount of donations he's made to charitable non-profit organizations. So at the very least I have to Thank You for forcing me to go to ELEC and study this issue because before today I thought Junior was pretty good and I would probably vote for him but now I'm positive I'm voting for him.
