The investigation centers around 4 dozen boxes of Crispy Creme's that are deliverd to the Charter School each morning. It appears, and again this is only an allegation, that Lipski would help himself to 2 extra servings and then lie about it to cover it up. Furter allegations claim that on 7 different occasions Lipski took up 2 parking spots instead of the alloted one spot in the school parking lot. Finally, several witnesses place him at the scene of an alleged jay walking at the corner of Lembeck and JFK.
Now please keep in mind that he has not yet been convicted of these heinious crimes, but does stand accused and will have to defend for his life.
