STEVE LIPSKI PAYS HIMSELF OVER $90,000 A YEAR WHEN THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REPORTS THAE AVERAGE CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR GETS PAID $67,625.00. HOW CAN HE SAY HE DOES IT FOR THE KIDS? THE REAL REASON HE'S DOING IT IS FOR A LARGER THAN USUSAL PAYCHECK. WHAT ABOUT KIDS FIRST STEVE? THE STATE AVERAGE INCREASE IN ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FOR 2002-2003 FOR CHARTER SCHOOLS WAS 4% STATEWIDE. AT STEVE lIPSKI'S CHARTER SCHOOL THE AVERAGE INCREASE WAS 135%!!!! STEVE LIPSKI AS CREATE'S ADMINISTRATOR INCREASED HIS COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 131% MORE THAN THE STATE AVERAGE. WHEN YOU GO TO THE WEBSTITE LISTED BELOW YOU WILL ALSO SEE THAT WHILE LIPSKI WAS RAISING HIS SALARY AND BENEFITS HE CONSISTENTLY LOWERED THE AVERAGE SALARY OF CREATE'S TEACHERS WHICH WENT FROM $47,000 IN 2001-2002 TO $40,820 IN 2002-2003 TO A ROCK BOTTOM LOW OF $38000.00 IN 2003 -2004. PER PUPIL EXPENDITURES LISTED ON LINE BY THE STATE REVEALS IN 2001-2002 THE AVERAGE CHARTER SCHOOL SPENT AN AVERAGER OF $703 ON SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE KIDS IN CLASS. LIPSKI'S CHARTER SCHOOL SPEND $0.00. IN 2002-2003 THE AVERAGE CHARTER SCHOOL SPEND $862.00 ON SUPPORT SERVICES, WHILE LIPSKI SPENT ONLY $106.00. IN 2003-2004 THE AVERAGE CHARTER SCHOOL SPENT $1,192.00 ON SUPPORT SERVIES FOR THE KINDS IN CLASS AND LIPSKI CAME UP TO $676.00 MY OPINION IS THAT LIPSKI PROBABLY CAME UP TO $676.00 BECAUSE HIS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR BLEW THE WHISLE ON HIM. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE MY NUMBERS GO TO HTTP://EDUCATION.STATE.NJ.US AND SEE CREATE CS 2003-2004 SCHOOL REPORT CARD.
