: Clueless Carl continues to stay because everytime he is challenged to how clueless he is or what his real motives are, he throws out the story about his poor wife and child and how he needs his $90,000 a year City Job, plus patronage and he gets Healy to back down. 

: He also Healy fooled that the GOP is a powerhouse in Hudson County and Healy needs him to control this very tiny faction for the mayor. As if Carl truly controls ANYHING!

: If you asked most GOPers in Hudson they would be "CLUELESS"
: as to who Czaplicki is. At best they might tell you Carl's some fool who lost everytime he ran for office, which makes him a three time loser - State Assembly, Council & Freeholder.

: Not even the voters want this guy! At least they know better to reject him.

: Czaplicki wants people to feel sorry for his Clueless a$$ so they don't make the correct decision and fired him from City Hall!
