Forget the emperor, Fuhrer Healy has no clothes. Tom Moriarity has suggested that all police officers be equiped with size 50 plaid shorts with deep pockets in case unwanted poltical nudity should erupt after the bars close. Not to be outdown Carl Czaplicki has introduced legislation to ban any photo's of Adolf Healy when naked. This legislation has received overwhelming support from our citizens. Fearing he has missed the boat (and photo op) Council President Vega has issued a last minute emergency order that the new Shade Tree Commission take immediate action to protect the public by donating a small fig leaf from a sapling to Adolf Healy to be used in time of drunken stuper. Fig tree saplings shall be planted in front of Adolf Healy's property in Jersey City and in front of his real home in Bradley Beach.
