: Sam Pesin, the victims of these threats, is an activist in Jersey City, whose father was responsible for developing Liberty State Park. He is a petite, middle age person, who was threatened by this thug because he asked a question at the City Council proceedings.

: This kind of intimidation tactic should immediately prompt a reprimand of Steve Fulop by both the City Council and the Mayor's office, which should also initiate an investigation into the violation of Mr Pesin's rights.
