We need to bring back police foot patrols, increase lighting, add more speed bumps, hire more teachers and ensure that land developers are keeping the air and land clean.  As an attorney, I have learned to negotiate with the Manhattan sharks, and I am ready to tackle land developers to extract the maximum amount of benefits for my neighbors.
