: Watching this lively debate keep in mind some of us live downtown and are impacted by whoever represents us in City Hall.I am not interested in what people did or didnt do when they were twelve years old unless the post is from their mother. I am interested in what they have done lately and proport to do in the next four years. I too am interested in judging the current character of a person. And someone who would run a campaign on negatively bashing their opponent over and over is not my cup of tea. Junior Maldanado is first and foremost hard working. From early in the morning till late at night he is fighting for us downtown. From helping the artists , to supporting OLC and all the churches, Roberto Clemente Little League, the downtown Public Schools, his fundraising and toy collections for Three Kings Day, this is a guy who gets it. He realizes that life is tough and complicated and that we have to help each other every minute of every day, and that is what he and his family does. He realizes that we are all family... and keeps chugging along....remember that as you frame the issues the real issues facing us downtown that your choice is a guy who tries to build us up Junior ,or someone who like a bull in a china shop just wants to tear us down. I know where Im going.
