Isn't the public housing on Grand Street just west of the Turnpike and Lafayette up to around Johnston in Ward E? If that's so, then Ward E has a significant number of African-American voters? Is Fulop reaching out to them?

Yes, Fulop was a supporter of Mayor Glenn Cunningham. But, last Fall, a Black political figure told me that he was very unhappy with Fulop's support of Manzo.

: I agree with most of what you said but disagee with writing off the black community part. If anyone really beleives these post are Robin, Mariano, Sue, Eliu, think again these are all e-mail return address that are not the REAL person they want us to think they are.
