King moaned to the mayor that his wife was dying of cancer and they have no health insurance. The Mayor and Carl, who is a good buddy of his, felt pity for King. They have short memories and forget the things King has done, especially since Healy is considered a man of integrity.

The only thing is BOTH king and his wife DO have insurance and he's lying to the mayor.

Just a shame that they never checks there facts before putting the sleaze bag into another city job.
