: : First of all, this message makes no sense. : The fund raising committee of Sloan Kettering claims not to have known about this event. What is the name of Mr. Letizia's Committee; Who were the checks endorsed to and who was the honest person's name at the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority that/who handled the fundraiser. Is it true that she has just recieved another big raise. Isn't it also true that Jerry now has coverage with three excellent health insurance policies to cover all his expenses. The fact that she works for the Jersey City MUA has nothing to do with the good that occurred. Her raise as well as the numerous other raises and promotions were all based upon merit and Jerry just noticed it when he was appointed by Judge Healy. Many city workers and contractors and potential contractors doing business with the city wanted to give freely of thier time and money to support Jerry with this cause. Jerry is just lucky to be so well respected among the politicians. I will not give you the respect to answer any of the insinuating questions that you ask!!! : : : : you mean honesty, integrity, and competence? : : : : yes, very strange for a jersey city mayor, indeed : : : It's already been corrected. If Bobby and I knew that he was going to have our people running Jersey City's boards, we really would have supported Healy the first time. There were too many honest, non political reformers around him, around Healy that we couldn't trust. There are really no honest people around him now. We have pushed them all away. Thank God just the trainees who are holding two or three jobs, who we trained well. It was inspiring to see Carl's man Jerry Letizia (a trainee at the Jersey City Board of Education as Bobby's Assistant administrator; those were the days, the money really flowed with all the emergency contracts) hold a "charitable fund raiser" for a well regarded hospital. I wrote my check out to the hospital but they didn't hear of the event, where'd the money go and who was collecting? Oh one of our other "associates", It does a mother proud!
