JERSEY CITY- Months after Gerald McCann's failed bid to bring quality Polish eateries into Ward F, James P. King is putting down his heavily annotated copy of Powerticians and is pondering the concession industry...After he wins his big suit against the Hess corporation of course. Just five months ago the Hess industry unvailed its model for the 2005 Hess truck to be released at Christmas time. King was not only furious to learn that this year's model would be an exact replica of the Lipski RV with handicap access, but the final straw lay in the Jimmy King action figure in a wheelchair that came with it. The suit was filed last month. A spokesperson for the gas giant recently explained, "Whiskers we didn't know this was going to pinch any nerves in Hudson County. I mean the man's action figure isn't just limited to the wheelchair..he comes with a cane and extra set of crutches." For James King it pinched more than nerves. "Whiskers I've been to my foot doctor, Dr. Buttigheri, six times because of all the pacing I've done over this," said King. Mr. King explained that after he wins his suit he is out of local politics. His next move he hopes will be a promotion to proud owner of a Nutty Bavarian stand in Newport Mall, selling sugar coated pecans to shoppers with rumbling bellies. "It's been a dream of mine for a long time. I've saved up a lot of quarters for this and it's sure to be a hit."
