Hudson and Hunterdon Counties both start with the letters "H" and "U," but that's where any resemblance ends.

Though p'raps in the 'burbs genteel folk might find scandalous some youthful indiscretion, it's like water on a duck's back here.

Plus, in a City where for generations not dropping dead was considered as the yardstick for success, bringing up past sins might even be WORSE than a waste of time. As failure is – if not the constant companion of many voters – a vividly remembered childhood chum. Raking the muck of the past to pull up long-forgotten missteps won't sour the electorate on a candidate. Many people will feel personally insulted by the tactic and reject anyone that uses it.
