A few weeks ago Mr. Lipski struck another car while driving his city car after drinking. He then left the scene and went home where he put a call into City Hall asking them to have the Jersey City Police Department "Quash" what happened. Officer Jesse Soto, who lives in the St. John's apartments like Councilman Lipski, issues Steve a summons. Mr. Soto then left the country on a vacation. He has now returned and been added to Healy's security detail. Why the big cover up? Lipski should be held accountable like anyone else would. Also, did his car get fixed on the taxpayers' dime? Why won't anyone write about this story?
